How Far is the Beach from the hotel?
It's a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute scooter ride away from the hotel.
Which beach can we use?
You
are welcome to use the public beach of the Elbow Beach Hotel. We issue
passes from our Front Desk that allows guests to use the beach, chairs,
umbrellas and changing rooms. Towels are available from the hotel front
desk.
Room/Resort
Can we have a late checkout?
Late
checkouts are available on request and can only be confirmed on the day
of departure. The charge is $50.00. If we are unable to give you a late
checkout due to that day's arrivals, there will be a courtesy shower
room available to all guests.
Can we guarantee a certain room type, or location?
All
our rooms are sold as deluxe doubles and for the same price. Specific
rooms are not guaranteed until the day of arrival. you can certainly
request a room type, location etc. When we allocate the rooms, we will
look at the requests first and then rooms are fill on a first come,
first served basis.
What type of voltage do the rooms have?
Bermuda,
and the Harmony Club run on the North American standard of 110 -115
Volts AC at 60Hz. This is exactly the same as anywhere in the USA and
Canada. Plug fittings are ANSI standard 3 prong polarized plugs, same
as North America.
Do you have a Spa or Massage centre?
Harmonia is Harmony Club's massage room located at the pool side, offering varying types of massage. We have an outdoor heated freshwater pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and outdoor sauna.
Is the pool heated?
The pool IS heated.
Entertainment
What kind of entertainment is there?
There is live music for dancing in the Grape Bay Lounge most nights in
season. Different groups do a selection of pop, calypso, reggae and
jazz. You can listen or dance!
Rates / Packages
Does the rate include water sports?
Packages
do not include the costs of water sports like SCUBA or parasailing,
however the front desk would be happy to book and activities for you.
Does the package include airport transfers?
Harmony
Club does not provide airport transfers. There are always taxis
available at the airport and the cost is approximately $25.00 US each
way. Some travel agents provide ground transportation with air and
hotel packages.

Do the rates quoted on this site include airfare?
Rates
on the web site are for land packages only. For airfare, please contact
your local travel agent or the carriers that service Bermuda.
Major
Airlines include: American Airlines, Continental, Delta, US Airways,
Air Canada and British Airways.

Transportation
Does the package include motor scooters?
Motor scooter are not included in package costs.
Where can we rent scooters?
Scooters can be rented from Oleander Cycles, which is just a 5 minute walk from the
hotel's front entrance. You can view the rates at www.oleandercycles.bm
Eves cycles also offer The Harmony Club guests special offers on cycle rental.
Food and Drink
What is the dress code for meals?
For Breakfast & Lunch - Resort Casual.
For Dinner - Smart Casual.
Can we get special dietary meals?
If you require special dietary needs please advise us in advance. We will
forward your request to our Chef's. Also, please ask for one of our
Chefs when you check in, and they will be delighted to meet to discuss
your needs.

Our tennis courts are all weather surface courts. They are unlit.
